Ordering


  • I've lost my access code.

    No problem at all. We can find that for you if you send us some information.


    Drop us a message or email with the following:

    • Your email address
    • Your child/children's school
    • Their classes
    • Their names

    Then someone will get back to you with your access code.

  • Where do I add my discount code?

    As long as you’re within the deadline, your discount will be automatitcally added to your basket when you go to pay.

  • What can I do with a digital download?

    After purchasing, you will be sent a link to download your photos. 


    You can download and save them whenever you like, on as many devices as you like, as many times as you like! 


    These photos are then yours to do with whatever you wish! For example, take them to a shop to get them printed, or print them at home.


    Please note: Digital downloads are non-refundable.

  • Do I have to do separate orders for each access code?

    Not at all!


    On our login screen you will see a box to enter your access code. Under this you will see a box that says "Got another access code?"


    If you click into this box, you can add another access code.


    You can do this as many times as you need to to enter all of your access codes.


    Then, when you open your album you will see ALL of your photos and be able to make a single order.

After ordering


  • My download link has expired / is not working.

    Not to worry! We can refresh that for you. We just need a message with your email address in. Then we can send you a refreshed 

    download link.

  • How will I receive my photos?

    Photos come directly to your home address via Royal Mail.

  • Will my photos still be available after the archiving date?

    Yes, you will still be able to purchase photos after the archiving date. Prices may differ slightly. 


    After a few months, we may need to re-activate the photojob for you.

    If this is the case drop us an email with the name of the school and your access code(s) and we will make them available to view again.

  • I haven't received my order.

    If you drop us a message with your email address, and order key if you have it - then we can look into getting this resolved for you.

  • My child missed their photo day.

    That’s ok! We offer catch up shoots in our Weston-super-Mare studio for those who missed out on getting their photo taken at school.
