Viewing your photos

Shortly after Photo Day, your child will bring home a slip of paper with a QR code. Simply scan the code to access our website, where you can view and purchase your child’s photos online.

If the QR card is misplaced or doesn’t make it home, there’s no need to worry. Just get in touch with us and we’ll be happy to provide you with an access code so you can still view your child’s photos.

Ordering process

Once you log in, you’ll be able to view your child’s photos, browse our full range of products, and explore our specially put-together packages - all in one easy place.

You can order individual prints, great-value print bundles, or choose from our popular digital downloads. Digital images are a great option for busy families - you can share them with friends and family, print extra copies whenever you like, and keep them safely stored for years to come.

We also offer a range of fun and thoughtful photo products that make lovely gifts for grandparents, relatives, and friends. Whether you’re looking for a few favourite prints or a complete package, there’s something to suit every family and every budget.

After ordering

We aim to process and dispatch all orders within 5 working days of purchase. Once your order has been shipped, it should arrive within 10 working days via Royal Mail.

If you school offers the option to select school delivery** and you place your order before the batch shipping deadline, your order will be included in the school’s bulk delivery and will be sent to the school within 10 working days after the deadline. This is a great option if you’d prefer to save on postage and have your order sent directly to your child’s school.

If it’s been more than 10 days since you received your dispatch email and your order hasn’t arrived yet, please don’t worry - just get in touch with us and we’ll be happy to help track it down for you.
