Booking and organisation
Each year, we’ll check in to see if you’d like to schedule summer class photos or winter individual portraits.
Before Photo Day, our admin team will ask the school for a simple Excel sheet with the essentials. Once we have it, we handle the rest, so you can sit back and relax.
On the day, each student receives their own QR code at the end of their session, quick, easy, and tech-savvy! Plus, we provide a detailed timetable so everyone knows exactly what’s happening and the day runs like clockwork.
On photo day
Our mission? Make Photo Day a breeze with barely a ripple in your school’s daily routine. We team up with school staff to work around breaks, assemblies, and all the other busy bits—so the day runs just like normal (but with a lot more smiles).
Our setups are built for speed and safety. For larger schools, we bring extra photographers to keep things moving smoothly, ensuring every student gets their spotlight without any long waits.
And the best part? We usually wrap up before lunchtime, just in time to leave the hall free for sandwiches!
After photo day
Parents place their orders directly through our website. Individual orders are shipped to the parents’ home addresses within 48 hours of purchase.
If the school chooses batch delivery, all orders are consolidated and delivered to the school within five working days after the ordering deadline. Each order is clearly labeled and ready for easy distribution.
We also provide detailed reports to help schools seamlessly upload student photos into their internal data management systems.
